二．此质保书适用于如下情况：
1.中空板厚度为6mm及以上，实心板，T形板，波纹板。
2.不适用于被刮伤、擦伤或暴露于腐蚀性环境的板材。
3.在任何情况下，涂有UV保护层的一面朝阳光和朝外界大气环境。
按照我公司《安装参考手册》的要求进行装配、安装和保养的板材。请注意，汇丽阳光板是为抗气候干扰而设计的，并不耐磨，无法对耐磨作出保证。同时本保证书不包括因板材损坏而重新安装或任何直接、间接的损失。
　

三．质保条件
本产品保证书对因遭冰雹撞击而引起的任何一张板材的表面损坏作担保，但对其他方式撞击造成的破坏，不论是故意的还是非故意的，我公司不负责任。
泛黄和透光率情况：汇丽阳光板应按我公司要求进行清洁保养。清洁的汇丽阳光板泛黄指数，自购买之日起五年内应低于8.0,十年内应低于10.0.。透光率自购买之日起五年内降低不大于3%，十年内降低不大于6%。本保证书对泛黄指数、透光率的担保，公限于板材自然的损耗，不包括尘埃、污垢、磨损或板材的物理结构变化。

本保证书所明确阐述的各项保证，可以取代所有其他的书面的、口头的，明示的或暗示的保证。我公司方面的责任，不管是否写入合同（包括疏忽情况）应仅限于调换板材或退还原价货款，不会承担因意外损失而带来的责任。无论在何种情况下，我公司都不会支付超出板材原价退款的 金额。

注意：

分销商有责任实现以上保证书所列的义务，费用由公司销售部按相关规定支付。
汇丽阳光板产品质量问题的确认，由本公司按国家标准的测试方法确定。

1. Definition
Impact Strength: Guaranteed against sheet breaking caused by weathering factors from the day of sales.
Yellowing Index: Within specific range stated hereinbelow.
Light Transmission: Within specific range stated hereinbelow.

2. Applicable Conditions
a. Range of goods:
Twin-wall sheet: Only 6 mm thick and above
Solid Flat sheet
Corrugated sheet (Sinus shape and Greca ).
b. Inapplicable to the sheets with scratches, rubbing or being exposing to the
erosive environment.
c. The side with UV protection must always face the direction of sun or to the outside atmosphere in whatever installation.
Any assembly, installation or maintenance must be performed in accordance with relevant instruction stated in our manual. As our products are designed for the resistance against weathering disturbance, we can not guarantee against abrasion. Meanwhile, this Letter of Warranty will not cover any direct or indirect loss or re-installation caused by sheets damage.

3. Warranty Conditions
We guarantee our products’ surface against damage from hail. However, we will not be held responsible for the damage from any other types of hitting intentionally or accidentally.
Yellowing Index and Light Transmission. Huili Sun sheet shall be cleaned or maintained according to our specific requirements. The Yellowing Index of clean Huili Sun Sheet guaranteed below 8.0 within 5 years from the day of selling, below 10.0 within 10 years; Light Transmission decrease less than 3 % within 5 years from the day of selling, no more than 6 % within 10 years. This guarantee to the Yellowing Index and Light Transmission is given only on condition that the loss of sheet property happens in natural way. We will not guarantee our goods against the physical and structural change inside the sheet caused by dust, dirt and abrasion.

All the statements of guarantees described in this Letter can replace any other types of promises expressed in written form, words or different kinds of indication. In case of claim, our responsibilities, no matter stated or not in the Contract (or because of carelessness), are either to replace the sheets or to return the goods money, but will not bear the loss from accident. In any case, we will not pay the sum more than the original price.

Attention
The distributors shall be responsible for the activities whenever he is requested and the relevant expenses will be afforded by our marketing department according to related stipulations.
Any quality issues with Huili Sun sheet must be consulted and confirmed by Shanghai Huili-Tuvgal Sheets Co., Ltd. according to relevant test methods described in national standard system.
